What Went Wrong When My Plugin Company Grew, and What I Fixed
The last public complaint about my support that I can find is from May 2026. Since March 2026 my rebuilt plugins keep working when my license server can't be reached, since July 2026 every new plugin of mine has shipped with a full manual, and since October 2026 all help runs through one page I answer myself.
